On 21 May, a ceremony on signing Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation (FASC) between and by Capital Airport Security Company (CASC) and NUCTECH was held in Beijing, attended by Chairman Mr. Rong Yonglin, Vice President Mr. Li Yuanjing and other top management of NUCTECH.
In the ceremony, Chairman Mr. Rong Yonglin, on behalf of NUCTECH, signed FASC with CASC and said NUCTECH would spare no effort to support and cooperated with CASC, one of the most important clients of NUCTECH. Mr. Rong suggested establishing an executive group for strategic cooperation whose members would be leaders of associated business and technical departments so as to organize a good technical team to cooperate with CASC in the areas such as new types of security inspection passage, the mode for corporative aircraft security, information system for security inspection and the security inspection training system.
Signing of the agreement will further help NUCTECH understand the demand on civil aviation security inspection, get involved in drafting standards concerning civil aviation security inspection, and publicize new technologies and products, a good basis for NUCTECH to get well-entrenched in the civil-aviation market.
